Algebra 1 Patch

Did you struggle with Algebra 1? Worried about starting Geometry next year? Live access to a math teacher will allow you to actually master concepts you were struggling with before!

  • Specialized office hour for students needing Algebra 1 help

  • Access to three 1-hour sessions of Algebra 1 per week

  • Mini lessons each session, answers to questions and explanations of concepts

  • Students will work on Aleks Algebra 1 until they get at least 80%

Pricing- sold as a monthly subscriptions

  • $50/month

Schedule (June 2nd- July 24th)

  • Monday 10:30-11:30

  • Tuesday 10:30-11:30

  • Thursday 10:30-11:30

Resources Required-

Workshops (Starting June ‘25)

Teacher created session to work on a specific skill.

  • Each workshop focuses on a different topic, such as fractions, with exploration, explanation, and practice in a fun group setting

  • There will be 2 workshops per week

    each will be 45 minutes long.

  • Schedule will be posted 1 month in advance

Pricing- sold as individual workshops

  • $15/person

Resources Required

  • Printer for worksheets (sent out two days before)

  • Scissors, paper, pen,

  • Additional recommended resource list will be sent out before each workshop

Office Hours (Starting August ‘25)

Come work on homework and get help in real time!

  • Access to three 2-hour sessions per week

  • Math teacher will cycle through students answering questions and providing practice questions

  • Students will be in a “zoom room” with others in similar math classes, so they can also work together

  • Teacher will also respond to email questions BY the nearest office hour

  • Teacher will respond to questions live and go on to the next student- NOT private tutoring

Pricing- sold as monthly subscriptions

  • 1 student- $40/month

  • 2 students*- $70/ month

  • 3 students*- $90/month

  • 4+ students*- $100/month

*students must be in the same family/household in order to receive the family discount.

Resources Required-

  • students must bring their own math problems that they are working on
